About Us
The Performance Recovery and Optimization (PRO) Lab at BU Wheelock College of Education & Human Development aims to advance research and practice in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. Through our research and applied work, we strive to help individuals and teams reach and sustain optimal levels of performance and well-being.

We are a dynamic and diverse research team interested in all things related to Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. After all, everything is connected! Our research is aimed at advancing knowledge to inform the development of applied interventions on the science of performance recovery and optimization, as well as general psycho-bio-social wellbeing.
